Regional Warehouse Manager

Advantage Tech is searching for a Warehouse Manager to join their client's team on a temporary basis.
The Temporary Regional Warehouse Manager will provide hands?on leadership and operational oversight for the Company’s warehouse operations during a period of process improvement and control enhancement. This role is critical to stabilizing day?to?day operations while implementing new procedures, systems, and controls.
The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse management experience, is comfortable with technology and data, and demonstrates the ability to lead teams through change in a collaborative, solution?oriented manner.

The Temporary Regional Warehouse Manager will provide hands?on leadership and operational oversight for the Company’s warehouse operations during a period of process improvement and control enhancement. This role is critical to stabilizing day?to?day operations while implementing new procedures, systems, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement new warehouse processes, controls, and documentation to improve accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
- Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counts, reconciliations, and adherence to established controls.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to align warehouse practices with broader company objectives.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools, and reporting to monitor performance and identify issues.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse staff on new processes and expectations.
- Promote a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Identify operational risks and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Support change management efforts by communicating clearly, addressing concerns, and fostering team buy?in.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or supervising warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse controls, and process discipline.
- High level of comfort with technology, including WMS, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and improve existing workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Team?oriented mindset with a hands?on, collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to travel to regional warehouse locations (all Midwest), as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related technical/logistics environment.
- Experience supporting audits, inventory controls, or compliance?driven environments.
- Prior experience in a temporary, turnaround, or transitional leadership role.
- Familiarity with change management or continuous improvement initiatives.
