Advantage Tech is hiring a Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead to join a high-impact AI and automation initiative. This role will help guide the early-stage implementation of Einstein/Agentforce for Service use cases within Salesforce Service Cloud. You’ll lead complex cross-platform solution design, hands-on development, and architectural governance across a growing Center of Excellence.

This position sits within the Intelligent Automation organization, reporting to the Delivery Manager and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Engineers. The initial engagement will last 3–6 months and focuses on building out scalable, AI-driven service automation using Salesforce’s most advanced tools.

You’ll lead complex cross-platform solution design, hands-on development, and architectural governance across a growing Center of Excellence.
The Work

The initial engagement will last 3–6 months and focuses on building out scalable, AI-driven service automation using Salesforce’s most advanced tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable Agentforce automation across Salesforce Service Cloud
- Deliver features such as Case Classification, Next Best Action, and AI Agent deployment
- Define and document technical design frameworks, integration patterns, and delivery strategies
- Guide the implementation of cloud functions, APIs, file storage, and identity access
- Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews across Agile teams
- Act as the Salesforce escalation point for complex issues and architecture questions
- Lead prototyping, reusable components, and innovation spikes
- Document best practices, reusable assets, and architectural guidance
- Participate in long-term platform evaluations and roadmap planning
- 4+ years of Einstein for Service and/or Agentforce implementation experience
- 7+ years in Salesforce admin or development roles
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven Salesforce automation at scale
- Strong Apex and Flow integration expertise
- Proven ability to lead solution design, delivery, and documentation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and DevOps tooling
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred or similar platforms: GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Experience guiding scalable resolution paths across complex, multi-system environments
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Platform governance or reusable framework experience
- Experience with B2B Order-to-Cash processes (e.g., billing, customer setup)
- Familiarity with RPA (UiPath), IDP (Hyperscience), or API/EDI tools (Mapforce)
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or C#
