Salesforce Agentforce Senior Developer
Advantage Tech is hiring a Salesforce Agentforce Senior Developer for an enterprise client focused on AI-driven transformation within their Service Cloud environment. This is a contract role supporting an Agentforce for Service pilot initiative aimed at scaling Einstein automation use cases. You'll play a hands-on role in architecting and deploying intelligent automation inside Salesforce Service Cloud, contributing directly to a strategic 2026 investment.
The Work
This role is part of the client's Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence. You will help lead AI delivery efforts using Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI tools. You'll partner with Product Owners and CoE leadership to design and implement complex AI automation features—from case classification to AI Agent orchestration—while also helping establish long-term architecture patterns and development best practices.

The Work

Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Agentforce solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Implement features including Case Classification, Next Best Action, Article Recommendations, and AI Agent deployment
- Lead technical feasibility assessments and architecture reviews for new backlog items
- Resolve complex issues and act as a technical mentor to other Salesforce developers
- Design automation infrastructure: cloud functions, APIs, storage, and identity management (AWS or equivalent)
- Conduct code/design reviews and guide development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
- Contribute to proofs-of-concept, reusable components, and advanced prototyping
- Champion documentation and lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience with Einstein for Service and/or Agentforce
- 5+ years in Salesforce admin or development roles
- Strong AI delivery experience in Salesforce (3+ enterprise implementations preferred)
- Expertise with Apex, Salesforce Flows, and DevOps tooling
- Infrastructure understanding: REST APIs, serverless cloud functions, cloud storage
- Experience with Agile delivery and mentoring developers
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (technical + business audiences)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Platform governance or reusability strategy background
- Domain experience in B2B Order-to-Cash processes (invoicing, collections, etc.)
- Experience with RPA (UiPath), IDP (e.g., Hyperscience), or API/EDI tools (e.g., Mapforce)
- Experience contributing to internal CoE frameworks or reusable component libraries
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or C#
